This project was on a new build house, where there grass was largely in the shade, and would not grow. The soil was of poor quality, and the grass full of weeds. There was a large paved area taking up much of the garden, none of which was ideal for a family space.

The installation included removal of turf and paving, preparing the sub level, and installing both small decked area to the rear of the garden, and artificial lawn.
